Kick off party & Bonfire, 7pm - 11pm
The Matterhorn Inn will be hosting a bonfire party with live music. Stop by, have some
dinner or just a drink. We'll be on hand to answer any
questions about the weekend. And if you don't want to miss out on your free
Santa Suit, this is your best chance to guarantee a suit. Check out the

Holiday Benefit Concert, 3pm-9pm
This year's Holiday Benefit Concert for the Deerfield Valley Food Pantry is on Friday, December 11 at 7pm. Join us at Memorial Hall in Wilmington, Vermont, for an amazing lineup of local musicians giving their time and talent to help build a mountain of food. Admission to the event is a cash donation, or non-perishable food items - every little bit helps! All proceeds benefit the Deerfield Valley Food Pantry and goes to help a neighbor in need. Some of the featured artists include: Jill Adams & John Ellison, Sue Andrea & Helen Angolis, Scott Anyan, Damaris, Colby Dix, Dale Doucette, Gary Henry, Donna Lee & Clark Honeywell with Kyle Whelihan, Laraine & Skip Morrow, Jenny Reichmann, Bill Shontz, Tom Read, Jaye & Eric Simms wtih Sugar House, and more!

Saturday 12/12
Pledge Walk, Noon
Get your suits on and sign the official Santa registration book. Come early if
you weren't able to hand in your pledges Friday night.
After everyone is signed in, there will be a group photo followed by the
Santas "walk" around the base area.
Limited to registered Santas. Spectators welcome.
By the games in the main base lodge at Mount Snow

Directions: Take a left at the second blinking light coming from the south on
Route 100. Park anywhere and make your way to the main base lodge. We will be
gathering by the games in between the cafeteria and Cuzzins.
Scavenger Hunt, After the Walk
On Saturday after the walk, go on a scavenger hunt. Travel around the valley
answering holiday trivia. At each location you will
have to answer a question to get your stamp. Bring your Santa passport to the awards
ceremony on Sunday for a chance to win one of many great prizes.
All Santas with donations of $10 or more will receive the map.
$25 off skiing/riding, All Day
People dressed as Santa on Saturday and Sunday receive a $25 off that day's
ski ticket (must purchase at window in outfit) and they will also receive a
$25 off voucher to come back anyday before Christmas!

Gingerbread House & Christmas Tree Exhibit, 10am-4pm
On Saturday afternoon, local school kids, residents and businesses will
put on a display of Gingerbread Houses at Memorial Hall in
Wilmington. Vote for your favorite. School winners will receive a pizza party and the
businesses will receive a certificate. - Want to submit a Gingerbread House ? Simply
download this form for more details.

Directions: Memorial Hall on Main St in Wilmington. Travelling south on Route
100 from Mount Snow, take a left on Main St at the light in Wilmington. It will
be on your left after the Craft House.

Sunday 12/14
Snowman / Santa Scarecrow Contest, 9am - 1pm
Come make your best snowman! Between 9am and 1pm, sculpt up something impressive.
Judging will start at 1pm with awards at 2pm. No snow? It'll be a Santa scarecrow
contest. Hay and Santa Suits will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own
things. All welcome. Prizes for the winner!
